About me
Luis Carlos Bocanegra is the Principal at Jimmy Carter Early College High School. Through his experience as public school leader, he has seen the importance of identifying the correlation between student social and emotional needs and academic achievement. In his role as Principal, he engages in work that promotes a growth mindset environment where students grow with PRIDE (Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Discipline, Excellence).
